Can I purchase products directly from you?
We do not sell directly to the public. You can find our products in many fine retailers nationwide.
My product is no longer working how do I get it fixed?
In order to qualify for repair service you must send us a copy of your receipt showing full retail price and contact our Customer Service department for shipping instructions. If you did not pay manufacturer suggested retail for the product you will be required to pay shipping and handling costs to our facility in California. In order to do this you must call our Customer Service department at (866)307-8697 or email us at: help@planettoys.com prior to shipping the product.
How do I qualify for repairs if I no longer have the receipt?
You can still qualify for repairs on your Planet Toys product but you will be required to pay all shipping and handling cost to our California facilty. I lost the instruction booklet to my product, how can I get a copy?
You can find many of our instruction booklets available for download in our Download Center. If you cannot find the booklet you are looking for send an email to help@planettoys.com and please include the item number in your email.
